Effect Of Unconscionability--Termination Of Entire Agreement
EFFECT OF UNCONSCIONABILITY--TERMINATION OF ENTIRE AGREEMENT
If any clause of this agreement is held unconscionable by any court of competent jurisdiction, arbitration panel or other official finder of fact, the entire agreement between buyer and seller shall be deemed terminated with all the consequences of a termination under the Uniform Commercial Code, and under Section of this agreement.
This is a UCC-buying and selling form.
It is intended to be an addendum to other forms.
